Directions from I-277:

If you are on the outer loop, take exit 2A (according to Google) and follow the red arrow on the attached map. That will take you to 3rd street heading southeast (away from down town), over to Charlottetown Ave, and then to 4th street heading back towards down town. The second page of the map shows the parking deck entrance off 4th street followed immediately by the loading dock entrance. If you look closely at the picture, you can see a semi backed into the loading dock.

If you are on the inner loop of I277, you also take exit 2A (the blue line on the map). That will dump you onto 4th street but you can take an immediate U-turn at the bottom of the ramp and then get onto 3rd street heading out of town. From there the directions are the same as above.

NOTE TO PERFOMERS: You can unload your stuff at the loading dock but you can’t leave your car there. After you unload, you'll need to go around the block to get back into the parking deck.
